Gymnastics Safety Leadership
As President of USA Gymnastics, Mike initiated the Safety Program in 1985 and saw the program through from inception to implementation, including the publishing of the first Safety Manuals, the certification program and the mandate of required Safety Certification for all professionals in the sport.
